I get to see all the things. The surprise anniversary gifts, the wedding vows, the proposals... 

A couple of months ago I wrote out Dean and Hayley's wedding vows and framed them. It was all a big secret; Dean even arranged for the calligraphy vows to be delivered to his boss's home so he could surprise Hayley on their anniversary. 

The best part of my job? Hearing the response when a gift is delivered. It makes my day, every single time!
